Climate science has entered the political forum as the global warming debate heats up. Scientists carefully monitor the temperatures to see if temperatures are indeed rising. The need for concrete evidence is paramount for further studies on the effects of global warming on our environment and us. If there is solid research then solutions can be worked out for the benefit of mankind.

Climate science does not have all the answers to the global warming debate. It does, however, study the effects of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is naturally occurring and is a byproduct of animals, including humans, and burning fossil fuels.
